According to Matrox,

"[...] the Marvel G400-TV supports Microsoft NetMeeting® video conferencing software, WebTV(iii) and Teletext decoding."

"iii Support for WebTV will be available as part of the next update to the Matrox Video Tools, soon to be  available for download on our Web site. (updated 2/7/00)"
