G450TV and w2k

Hi, I moved from Win98 to a dual boot Win98/w2k, so I downloaded the w2k drivers from Matrox site and installed in w2k PowerDesk and VideoTools. But I'm not able to install PC-VCR. On my motherboard there is a VIA KT133 and every thing is working with Win98 after installing a VIA-patch.

Finally, is it possible to install in w2k the Avid programme boundled with the G400TV?
