And all it would take is one bad apple in the group, to abuse that mission objective, and it could then blow up in all of our faces. Isn't that what the 4th Admendment is about. Illegal searchs and sizures or does that only apply to law enforcement personal?? Now the real question is, 'should it only apply to law enforcement personal'???

In everything we do we have to try and do it within the confines of our Constitution, which we hold so dear, or we will be seen as hypocrites to the rest of the world. I want these people brought to justice too and an end to their kind as much as the next person but let's do it the right way as an example to the rest of the world.

That's a nice ideologic thought Joel but our Constitution only should apply to U.S. Citizens. Which these Bastards are not!!!!!

This is a War where Conventional Forces and Conventional tactics won't be very effective. This is the same kind of situation as Vietnam or what the Soviets already learned after 9+ years of fighting in Afghanistan.

Even our CIA , NSA and FBI have not been very effective trying to use "Cold War Tactics" to deter Terrorism. Their track record speaks for itself.

It's embarrassing when "Hacker Kiddies" have to show our Government Agencies how to fight these people.

But!!! On the other side of this. If Hackers disrupt communications or Hack into our Governments Intranet while our Country is in a state of War it should be considered Treasonous activity. The Penalties for such activity now should be very extreme.
