  • Sending a DOS program thru NetMeeting

At my husband’s work, they are trying to set up demonstrations of their product over NetMeeting for people that used to fly in to see them. One of the things they need to show is the output of a DOS program. Because the program has to run in DOS, they are using two computers.

The first computer has a TV card (don’t know brand) that sends the DOS screen out. This is hooked up to a second computer running Windows that has a TV card. (TV out on computer 1 to TV in on computer 2). The image is then sent out of the second computer over NetMeeting.

The problem is that the image is very bad when running this way. When they hook a video camera up to the TV in for another part of the demonstration, it works fine. It’s just the DOS program that is coming over bad.

    So I have two questions:

    1. Does anyone know how to make the DOS image come in clearer?
    2. Is there a better setup that would work for this?

If you need more details to answer the question, just tell me what questions to ask him. All I know so far is what I posted.

    Thanks,

    Michelle
