ABIT KG7-Raid

I just had to return an ABIT KG7-Raid motherboard to Microbarn because I thought the board was bad. When I went up to the Microbarn site to check on the status of my return, I found the following message (https://www.microbarn.com/cgi-bin/So...308+1000089655),

Does anyone here have any information on this topic? I've e-mailed Microbarn support asking them to clarify what "properly" means.

I got my replacement KG7-R working with my Matrox G450: #G45-MDHA32DR. Somehow not permitted to post this as a reply in the other forum.
