    Beta Directdraw Expired, Please Update

    what is this and how do I stop it from popping up everytime I try to run Windows Media Player?

    I've tried reinstalling DX8.1, DX8.0, and Matrox 6.71 drivers

    get Directx 8.1 build 682 from here. After reinstall the expiration error should be gone. Go get it now before it disappears!!!
    another fix, though unsatisfactory is seting the date back on the pc!
