  • set PC-VCR view window as desktop wallpaper

    open regedit and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Matrox\PC-VCR\Properties

    set VideoWallpaper to 01 (reg_binary) and restart the PCVCR, if you double click the Matrox PC-VCR item in the task bar (so it maximizes) it should become your desktop wallpaper! I have a G400TV and the release version of VT.

    but wait ... there's more.

    When the wallpaper is showing TV input, if you set the background colour in any window to 16,28,16 it becomes the overlay colour... DOS window with TV background!

      OR you can try this;

      In Display Propertes/Appearance assign R=0, G=48, B=0 to the background of the text box and assign the color white to your texts.

      Put DVDMax in Clone mode then open PC-VCR and Notepad. Maximize PC-VCR's display and ALT-TAB to the Notpad again.

      Start typing

        In the VT 2.04 leaked is quite easy:

        Push the marked button.
