Another post: im looking for a backup program for my dad which is cheap, reliable, easy to use, not running in the background (leaving the option to use it only manually) and can backup directly to cd

    Is there such a thing

Err... buy EZ CD Creator, and use Take2, which is built in to it.

Or, just use your favorite CD-burning program. I mean, how hard is it to drag a bunch of files to the CD and hit "burn"? Or is he looking for some kind of specific setup?

i can backup that way, its just that my dad still has problems sometimes.

at the moment we use the win2k secure program and that put the backup file on a cd, i just thought there was an easy to use backup program (Norton???) that would take the work from you
