In the UK, www.quietpc.com has them (£33 = $46.53) plus shipping -
I ordered mine form 2CoolTek. They've dropped the price to $42 and the shipping is $7-9 for FedEx. I buy most of my coolers from them and have never had any troubles dealing with them (knock on wood).
