Folding at home screen saver not working

I upgraded to winxprc1 and was finnally able to install the fah screensaver. but my computer freezes when I go to the screen saver section. I think it freezes when it trys to show the tiny preview.
when I reboot it says there was some error with the marvelg400-tv.
any ideas?

I've never ran Folding, but why not try using the command-line version of it instead? It's faster and you'll won't run into graphical problems like you might with the screensaver version.

I am using it now, but I dont want to run it all the time.
only when I am not using my computer.

plus I like the screen saver
