DIVX capture with G400

Is it possible to capture direct with DIVX from the Matrox G400tv card rather than MJPEG.

I capture video for use on my Ipaq and currently I have to capture in MJPEG and then convert it to DIVX, which is time consuming.

It would be so much easier if I could capture directly with Divx (or even WMV)

What CPU do you have? If you want full-res captures you should be aware that you need one hell of a CPU for this. A TBird1333 is not quite up to the task (with the DivX fast-motion codec at 3000bps), I guess you'd need a 1.5+GHz TBird or similar CPU-power. The new DivX4Beta seems a bit faster, so this might work at 1.2+GHz.
Capturing in 384 x 288 should be no problem, however. Take a program like VirtualDub, there you can select the Divx-codec and compression-settings.
