Audio/Video Sync trouble

When saving a video file I find the audio synch gets off by about .5 seconds. Is there a simple solution to keeping everything in sync that I'm missing?

P.S. I'm using MediaStudio Pro 6.0

This question has been answered tens of times already. It is almost certainly due to either inadequate hardware or a poorly set-up system.

I suggest you look through the backlogs of this forum to find whether your answer is there. If you cannot find it (which would astonish me), then may we please have a detailed run-down on your hardware, operating system, how it is set up, as you will see on many other posts. Only then could the whizz-kids on this forum start to give you sensible suggestions.

Sorry to sound negative but how long is a piece of string?
