Broken film effect

Hello,

Does anyone know of a plug-in (or technique) to create an effect of a film break (frames get choppy, sound gets garbled, then it looks like a projector lost the loops, and the film breaks to leave a white screen)? I've seen this here and there and was interested in how to do this with video. It would make a great ending to a project.

You could always send your clips to me and I'll record them to my VCR, since my G450 plays back everything choppy.

On a serious note, if you're wanting to show stutters or a fuzzy playback, I believe there are some filters that do this in MediaStudio. It's been a while since I've used the program, but I believe that's what your looking for. Of course, my VCR and G450 are willing and able to perform the same task.
