Do all Pryo DV 1394 cards come with MSP VE?

I am looking at getting the cheapest working setup for importing/exporting DV footage between my PC and camera. I noticed that some of the lower priced merchants don't mention that MSP VE is bundled with it, although they do mention the other ulead program. I know the ADS website says it ships with both.

I don't want to buy the card and find out I didn't get MSP 6.0 VE. Anyone have any insight they can share?

In the UK http://www.lynxdv.com/jp.html is shipping with both Ulead VS v4 SE & MS Pro 6 VE.

In the USA I think? if you buy the Pyro without Ms Pro 6 VE, ADS will send it you if you can give them proof of purchase (There may be a cut off date?)

The Pyro Pro will ship with MS Pro 6 Full at a higher price, saying that MS Pro 6 VE is one hell of a programme and you can upgrade, see http://www.ulead.com/msp/upgrade.htm $199.00

This is what I'm hoping for. Anyone able to verify? If so, it'll be installed in my system within minutes of arriving at my doorstep!

all pyro card shipped (March) should come
with VS4 and MSP6VE. The board are identical
as the first one only the driver and
such software where updated. If you
pickup the old version, just give them
a call and wait for three days for shipping of 2 new CD (no cost).
There are another version soon to come
out with full version of MSPro6 and
Ulead 3dCool and animation softwares for additional $300.

BTW you can ask adstech also a copy
of MSPro6VE serial number to qualify
you to ulead upgrade.
