Settings/Calibration for G200 Marvel

Hi there!

I'm curious what settings other users have for Brightness, Contrast, etc.

I have no idea how to calibrate my Computer monitor, so I hesitate to adjust my capture setting by eye. For all I know my monitor is far too bright or dark...

I'd like to capture some stuff and put it on the web, but want to make sure the stuff looks good...

I guess I'm asking two questions:

a) how do you calibrate your computer monitor? Is there a program that guides you through the process?

b) what settings do people regard as correct within Matrox's capture tool?...

Any insight would be appreciated!
