YUY2 results in tardiness for work

Man it's just too much fun to play with the whole can of worms that this thing opened up. Good job to all of those involved in putting this info out for all of us who are just here to learn. I really did not think that the quality was going to be anywhere close to this good. I tried it with Virtual Dub and AVI IO (trial). The AVI IO looked a little artifacty (new word), but still good, I think because of the audio/video sync lock. Virtual Dub looks outstanding if you don't need the audio to match anywhere near the video (audio is way behind). Probably a matter of finding a good codec and rate. Of course I just started playing with it and it is pretty intense (for my skill level).
