Business Question

I am looking to start up a business.. I have a business plan and all the distributors set up.. but I am stuck as to what I can do to get subsidizing or financial assistance. (Taking into mind that I have a fairly heavy debt from school)

Does anyone have any good links to guides and procedures for aspiring entrepreneurs.?

If anymore information is wanted. I can provide most of it... (Except the draft of the business plan as it is from a business I am trying to franchise with.
