"Warning. No frames captured...."

Hi,

i'm using G400 DH with RR-G. i can't seem to capture video using MJPEG format.

Video Format: Mjpeg
352X288(PAL)
CIF
Quality: medium
Data rate: 720kb/s @ 25frames/s

then my video source is:
Channel: Composite video
Standards: PAL

so i see my video on my PC's monitor with colors and so i press rec button which prompts into another settings:

capture method: auto: 10Sec
video buffer: 521

when i click ok, after a few sec, an error message comes out saying:

"Warning. No frames captured. Confirm that vertical sync interupt are configured and enabled."

how should i fix this problem? can anyone help?

Seems I got that problem after the vidtools warned me I was recording from a macrovision-protected source.
