That would be a good role play for a management class.

"Your the Supervisor, you have to talk to Fred about his destruction of company property. He is still very angry."

        Remember the skills:

        1) Maintain Or Enhance Self Esteem

        2) Listen And Respond With Empathy

        3) Ask For Help In Solving The Problem

        4) Get A Commitment.

Apparently this guy doesn't know the fine art of computer smashing. Crowbars and sledgehammers are the defacto standard.

                An oldie, but goldie.

BTW, the guy in the cube next door is the prime example of what cubevillagers call 'prairie doging' or 'gophering'. Watch it again and pay attention to the neighbor and you'll see what I mean.

Ofcourse when such a person would stray into these fori, and show you his homemade movie of doing so, your first question to ask would be: why didn't you connect your monitor to your desktop?

Hell, try it once with your monitor ON and attached to your desktop PC and see everything flying, including sparks

Although with today's heavy-weight(-lifters) 22" monitors I think you'll break your keyboard on the monitor's front first, before moving it half an inch

Well that keyboard looked pretty strong, considering he bashed it repeatedly before smashing it on the monitor. And the monitor looked like it was 14". It probably was connected, it just had a longer cord.

I caught that too. Sits right back down too, or crawls under the desk, which ain't a half bad idea considering.
