Journal abbreviations

Does anyone know of a list of standard abbreviations for journal titles.

ie. N Eng J Med = New England Journal of Medicine.

I prefer the abbreviations, makes them a little more exciting. A journal I use regularly is Anal Biochem makes me laugh everytime I see it quoted I'm sure I must know of a list somewhere I'll have a look.
