Congratulations and welcome. Your membership card, secret decoder ring, and "Powered by Matrox" bumper sticker are in the mail.
The swearing-in ceremony will take place this Saturday at the MURC Clubhouse. The ceremony itself may include a small "blood ritual/trial by fire" thing we like to do. All MURCers and initiates are expected to attend.
Door prizes will include a glazed ham, two tickets to Circ du Soleil, and controlling ownership of the Montreal Expos baseball franchise.
Ornate robes and silly hats are optional. Thank you for not smoking.
