Jorden, Gurm's picture is a hard copy of one view of an ultrasound scan of the foetus in utero.

On the lower left is the head.

The arms are kind of above the head (like, "please don't shoot me!").

The two white spots near the arms are the heart.

The body and little leg nubs are off to the right.

The legs were easier to see when it was moving, since they are pretty insubstantial at the moment but you could see them moving.
