  • I need a link, hint or whatever you can spare.

    I'm looking for some info on powerfactor correction for my final project. However I have not been able to find anything in-debth info anywhere. Does someb... no! - does ANYBODY have any idea where to look for it (and yes, I have checked under the sink and behind the fridge).

    I need help badly on this one, so pleaz help me out if you've got anything to share.

      Here are a few links that I found. They are for companies that make capacitors, but they have some explanation about Power Factor Correction. Just not a lot of raw info out there. Good Luck!

        Thanks for the links, but I'm sorry to say that I allready have what the pages you suggested does offer.
        Yes I know, there's not much info awailible on the bleeding subject, and it really buggers me.
        I cant find books about the subject either.

        What I need more specific is info on powerfactor correction NOT applied with the use of capacitors only, because I'm gonna make a universal powerfactor correction device, for which you can attach all house hold appliences, not just reaktive ones.

        Ghydda - still in need of help with this.
