  • GA Inaction

It's now 4 days since the forums were hacked, and they continue to be hacked into and while there has been no malicious damage a lot of damage has been done inadvertantly. Our dear hosts GA have not done a thing a about this despite the simplicity of the fix required and my repeated requests. I'm therefore asking that everyone mail the GA Admin and complain about this situation.

Have done. Ant it's maybe time to move again to a better host.

          I´ve mailed them.

Those guys at GA must be a bunch of ass-holes. Man, there´s a securuty hole in their fori and they don´t do nothing about it? What they deserve was someone really hack into all their hosted fori and really wipe them out. Now that would piss off many people right?

Okay Ant. My message has been sent their way. Hopefully enough of us sending them requests will convince them to get it done. (Kinda like a wife nagging you to take out the trash, hehe).

                Done.

It may help if we all send them a *polite* request. As lame as this is, flashing the blowtorch is probably not going to do too much good

                          Ant,

It's rediculous that you have to continue to put up with this sort of crap. I hope that you find a new host as I feel that even if they do fix this problem, they will continue to prove difficult to work with on all issues.
I've emailed them as you have asked. Let me know if there is anything I can do.
