new vidtools question

Is fixed the thing when colorful video turns into black&white one while grabing with the new vidtools?

Also, is the macrovision protection override I use from g200 using these new drivers? Isn't it useless for me to upgrade to vidtools 1.52 and then kind of downgrade with the dlls that override the protection? Will I still get the fixed 1.52 vidtools bring?
