  • Dual Head on Win2k

As I'm developping websites and as I'm using win2k I was glad to hear about the new 5.0.0.7 beta drivers with "full" dual head support like win98,
so I hoped to be able to test my sites in two
different resolutions at one time and on a well running OS.
But unfortunately the drivers don't allow to set a different resolution and frequency for
    the second monitor.
So I'd like to know if Matrox is going to implement this option in the final driver release, or if I should go back to Win98?

It actually seems to be an nt thing, because a g400 in nt4 does the same thing which is quite sad. I like way 98 handles the 2nd monitor. If anyone knows of a work around, feedback would be wonderful.

See the PowerDesk 6 thread in this forum. It is a limitation of Win2K and not the Matrox drivers.
