Powerstrip configuration

I have a G400 DualHead Video card
I have an HP A2094A Monitor 1280x1024 fixed frequency monitor
I have a 3BNC to HD15 connector that came with my monitor.
I have installed and registered powerstrip version 2.78

I am using a 14" monitor 1024x768 maximum resolution on the first head and the HP A2094A is in the second head of the video card.
I have dual head enabled.

I can only see wavy lines on my HP monitor.

I wanna ask, how do i make my HP A2094A work??
