Hi guys and girls. I've a question to make. Yesterday i was watching a divx movie in my tv (i've a g400 dh) and everything ok. So i've went to try record the movie with the vdr and........... no problem. I was using the dvdmax and drv 6.10. is this normal or a "good" bug from matrox? Is macrovision for all programs or only for dvd programs?

You mean Dixv;-) ? Who made the disk? AFAIK, only commercial DVD's and tapes have the copy protection (why would anyone go out of their way to put it in...???), since a royalty must be paid to Macrovision to use the scheme...

There are a lot of ways around Macrovision, most of them easier with a Hollywood+ card, since some half-wit posted the driver work-around at the Matrox forums.
