Matrox Flex 3D technology

Is this an openGL ICD ?
If so does it suffer from the bugs that are in the G400 icd. Or is matrox better at 3D than I am led to beleive

The RT2000 product comes with a G400 Flex 3D graphic card. It's a G400 32m DH card just with different clock settings optimized for the RT2000 capture card.
