Since VIA chipset support wasn't the greatest from MS they've released a patch that's supposed to fix errors when running AGP games. You can get it here (http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q261/6/06.asp).

I want an Intel AGP patch!!!!

now I can't use more than 16MB of aperture size.... what's the use of it, if I only can use up to 16MB ?

AFAIK this is simply the AGP driver from VIA itself. I've seen it in Windows-update before. You better simply install those VIA 4-in-1's.
