Hats Off to Macrovision

So far, NO ONE, Not a single "clever person" has been able to TRULY defeat Macrovsion and G400.

Bought my G400TV and wanted to tape a "clip" to my computer for school Media project, thank to Macrovision, that's not an option.

In fact, I cannot tape any "commercial" or "copyrighted" tapes and edit it on my computer, completely useless. Thanks to Macrovsision.

I wanted to put a short clip of Alien 2 on my Power Point presentation to show the class horror\scifi movie techniques, but thanks to Macrovision, it's not possible.

Thank you, Macrovision. $300 and completely useless. My hat is off for you.

Do a search on these forums on macrovision, and you will find out how to do it.

You have to change drivers to some older ones, but it is possible.

There is another way also. This only works with drivers released prior to July or so of this year.
