  • iiyama pro 510 and g400max

I´ve got a G400MAX on a 22" iiyama pro 510 and everytime i switch from 800x600 to 1600x1200, the screen splitts in two and the right side of the screen moves to the left. Its only when I change between these two resolutions !! I dont know if its a graphiccard or a monitor problem?!? Had someone else those problems??? What can I do???

Well I just tried since that problem seemed familiar, but I can't reproduce it. I'm quite sure once I had the same thing, but I can't remember under what circumstances.

I have same monitor without this problem.

But I have only vanilla g400@MAX speeds and RAMDAC@368MHz (360 is not enought for this monitor in 2048*1536).

I've got a pro 510 too, and also got the two screens problem sometimes. I think it's a driver problem. I got the two screens when returning to windows from leaving a game. Bit only with the newer drivers. I'm using the 5.41 drivers now, and the problem is gone.

I have the 410 (damn sweet 17") and I've noticed the same problem on occasion, normally when coming out of standby after the screen saver has blanked the screen.

Just power cycling the monitor fixes it but it is very odd.

            that'll be win98 on a G400 MAX btw.
