how to tell wich card you have??

I am a somewhat newbie at this but I was wondering how I can tell wich card I actually have.
I baught an OEM Matrox Millenium G400 32MB
this is what I found on my card.
(on sticker on board) G4+ MA325G

(On Chips) Km4132G112Q6

(On Board) 891-04 REV A

What does this all mean....i am wanting to put some addons, if I even can so please help me....and give me some ideas of what I can add to this card to make it better

Looks to me like a standard 32meg SingleHead.
With that card, you can add a DualHead module, or a DVI module. SingleHeads will not run the RainbowRunner-G capture cards...
