  • Problems programming the new bios

I have tried upgrading the bios both from win98 and from dos, and I get some weird error (not the same though) in both os's, the only positive thing is that I have found out that my emergency disk works, it didnt the last time; a truly traumatic experience
Anyway do you have a solution to this problem I would appreciate it? and is it worth it upgrading the bios, since my card works fine?

    Regards Grego

I have no idea why the BIOS flash doesnt work from DOS (wouldnt be surprised if it didn't in windows), but if the card works I'd leave it alone.
Mine works fine on the old BIOS, so I'm leaving it to avoid just the sort of flashing trauma you described
