Some questions 'bout the DualHead feature...

I'v been reading on matrox's site that it is possible to use your TV as a second monitor in a dualmonitor solution with the dualhead feature of the matrox boards.What caught my attention was the fact that according to this the TV would be able to run at a certain number of resolutions and flicker-free.How can a TV which has a fixed refresh rate of 60Hz(interlaced) run flicker free?If this is possible would it be worth getting a 14" monitor(which I can get for free) to use as a second display.Is this all true or did I read wrong?Would a TV by any chance be usuable as a secondary monitor in a dualmonitor solution?

the tv output, 2while fine for games (sort of) is pants fot text. a tv is no match for a monitor in terms of definition or refresh rates. get a second monitor and be happy. The dvd playback looks very nice however.
