    Akkk its back!

    Im getting that anyoing stuttering problem again in both OpenGl and D3D games. My current setup is:
    PD 5.52
    TGL 1.3
    DX 7a
    and the IRQ's look like this:

    Did you changed or reinstalled anything lately ?
    Did you change the clock speed ?
