W2k and G400 refresh rate

Did somebody try to improve refresh rates in w2k? I couldn't get better than 85Hz and at D3d mode only 60Hz. New driver has not monitor settings like in W98. Any advise?

they are suppose to have better support on custom refresh rates on their next driver. don't know when they are going to release it though.. as far as d3d mode is concern.. all you need to do is go <start> <run> and type in dxdiag. you'll get a window.. go to the last tab (i think it's advanced), and you can force your refresh rate to 85 from there.
