  • RMA experience with Matrox, anyone?

My G400 SH is bad according to Matrox tech support forum and they asked me to send email to tech dept. for rma, but I make my living with my PC and can't afford a long down time, question I ask is, how long will it take? if it is long, I may need to buy a card to avoid the down time. anyone?

If you ask them to, they will cross-ship you your replacement card. They will take a credit card#, and not charge you anything unless you don't return the defective one. This way, you can keep your machine up until the replacement gets there, swap cards, and ship the defect back...

          Hi

You shouldn't have any problems exchanging matrox's cards. I work for computer company and we don't have any probmes to get RMA with matrox. We send them bad cards and after 2-3 weeks we receive replacement refurbish card in a white box!!!!
          good luck
