i changed my mobo with a new P3C-2000 , after that i canno't finish to test 3dmark2000 and d3d games doesn't work properly, becasue sometimes games stops and i came back to win98.
how i can verify my agp speed?

Under Windows 98 you can use PCIList from Entech, WCPUID by H.Oda or Powerstrip and so on and so on to determine the AGP mode you're running.
