pb with display:dark rows and parasites

as soon as win98 (or 2k) launched g400 driver, there are dark rows on my screen. I try my g400 on another computer and it works perfectly. I change g400 drivers (I used Pd uninstaller) 5.30, 5.41, 5.52.... Always the same. I put off bus mastering, aperture size=128,..... always the same and it is really boring. The only method to stop this is to use mgatweak and to change option (2.0,1.5,2.0 to 2.5,2.0,2.5) but I think it underclocks my card
Is there any other solution???
I have a VIA chipset on my motherboard and a p3-450, and my SBlive share the IRQ11 with my g400 (but the pb is still the same when I put off my sound card and its driver)
