When during the boot up process does the error occur?
    Does the system POST?
Or is it just before entering the graphical portion of your OS?
    What happens upun shutdown?
Does it freeze or give you blue screens?
    Questions, questions...

    Regards, Alegria

i agree with alegria, we need more info.
since this MB has a pethora of options we need to find out what you are doing in bios if its bios related that is?
are you overclocking? if so what vcore is the cpu at, what fsb freq?
what kind of ram are you using, pc100, pc133
what bus speed you running the ram at?(+/-33fsb or = to external freq)
what agp speed x1 x2 x4?is side banding on?
are you o/clocking your graphics card?

you gotta give us an idea whats happening on your system..

        Hi Guys

Posted a similar in general hardware. I had a reply from Paul who in part made reference to drivers.

My system came to me unloaded. I installed my programs and then waded through the problems as previously noted here. Your reply came and I saw " AGP driver " ?????

Installed all the drivers from the CD that came with the mobo aaaaand, yep ...

        problem solved !!!!!!

Lesson well learned and not to be forgotten.
