  • Clip details in Windows Media Player 6.1----

Hello Matroxers. Quick question. When Windows Media Player is playing a clip, there are labels at bottom for "Show, Clip, Author and Copyright. What would be required to include the information for these labels in the MPEG's I make?

I think these fields were created for only RIFF-encoded files (.WAV, .AVI), QuickTime, and streaming formats (Windows Media .ASF, RealMedia). I don't think you can include that info in an MPEG file (or, at least, I've never seen it done).

I believe fluggo99 is correct. The ability to set these fields exist in the Netshow Encoder and the Real Encoder.

Also, only the Real Encoders codec allowed this information to be applied to an MSPro project. Score one for Real Networks.
