Questions on G400 MAX overclocking

Hi,
I have a g400 max a p3 450 sl35d and two 64MB pc100 siemens chips stuck at 115, so my p3 is stuck at 515!
Now yer thinking, "So, what does this have to do with g400 max overclocking?!?!? He's a moron..."
Well I can't get pc133 ram (parents won't let me sell my pc100 and get pc133--even with my money... )...therefore I am going to try and compensate for the 85MHz+ that I am not having with my p3 and crank my g400 max up and maybe get 1 stick of pc133 ram and try and dump this pc100 stick locally after awhile!
So here are my questions...Will overclocking my card void the warranty? If I burn it out (not gonna happen, I love this g400 max too much to go overboard! ) will they know I overclocked it? Will overclocking it yield results more than ~5 FPS like o/cing a tnt2u did (never had a tnt2u, but read reviews!)?

It's reasonable to say that if you want to gain 5 fps it means overclocking to 110-115%. The average MAX will handle about 110%.

If you burn the card it's your responsibility. Better be careful and not burn it.

Well if I don't burn it (i won't...) and o/c it, but then I realize its not worth it and set it back to default and THEN it goes screwy after awhile at default...would matrox RMA it? Can they tell its been o/ced?

Also, what are your experiences with o/cing your g400 max? Please share...

Matrox may be listening but how will they know its me? Major league baseball could tell them I suppose... (remember that simpsons episode...when MLB was watching and bart took this smart pill and everyone thought he was insane but he proved MLB was watching...good show! )
