Higher refresh rate under W2K

How to select higher refresh frequencies ?
My monitor can go higher than the 85hz display in the monitor settings.

I read a solution somewhere (maybe in these forums), but try PowerStrip:

It still doesn't let me access the full limits of my 19" monitor, but at least I can get much closer now.
