Bios Upgrade?

Has anyone had trouble upgrading to the 1.04 bios? I haven't been able to install it. I run the update program (ubioswin.exe) and let it run, but after 10 minutes or so I get an error: (Error Code 0x302). Anyone have this problem before? Any suggestions to make it work?

I'm running a dual P2-333, 512MB RAM, Win2k Build 2195.
