  • Win2K problem

I have been addicted to this cheesy DirectX 3 game for years.

It's now free for download (http://www.subspacezone.com/ssfiles/subspace135.zip), about 6.5MB. Matrox cards have ALWAYS run this game perfectly, but the newest video drivers for Win2k have some strange color problems.

After entering/exiting the game twice, or alt-tabbing out of the game onto Windows, the colors on the desktop (specifically orange colors) will turn green, and in the game, some of the drawings will have changed colors.

Any idea what could be causing this?

I think it is a direct draw bug in the matrox driver. Mame32 does similiar things.
