  • G400 16MB(single head) in AGP4x?

Hi, I got a G400 single head with Asus P3C 2000 which support AGP4x cards, and I found that the part # of G400
doesn't have "4A" on it. Does that mean I can't run it in AGP4x mode?
Can anyone tell me which software(s) can reveal the current AGP mode?

pcilist (available on MURCs d/l pages) will tell you your AGP mode.
If there is no "4A" in the part number, the most you can hope for is 2x.
And even if it is running in 1x, it really doesn't matter. 4x is a buzzword, and has no real meaning.

My MAX has the '4A' in the part number, but PCIList says my card only supports up to 2x. Does that make sense?
