Is overclocking G400 MAX worth it?

I use MGA Tweak.

In my case the benefits are dubious, but it varies from card to card and system to system. I can only overclock my card about 5%, resulting in maybe a 3% increase in graphics performance. I don't load MGA Tweak in start-up, so I generally run stock.
