Ask your local witch doctor to rattle the bones to predict success. In other words, you'll have to try.

Both a vanilla and a Max maxed out at 92mhz on my board, a Soyo SY6BA+IV. Since they both had the same limit, though, it might be the north bridge and not the cards. AGP 2x with sidebanding. Going to 93mhz produces a lock-up a few seconds into 3dmark. Can run Word, AOL, etc. up to 100mhz, though.

Liver? Ouch, no wonder you're asking!

You'll be beating the odds if you get it working, but the odds have been beaten before...

Just noticed your math. To get a 500 to 770 you'll need an AGP over 100mhz if this is a BX board. Are you starting with a 550 perhaps?

My g400 max runs at 100 AGP with everything enabled, yes agp x 2 and sidebanding.

I had to increase my IO voltage from 3.3 to 3.5 to achieve this, but it does it flawlessly
in qIII and anything else I can throw at it,this was done on an abit bf-6.
