Pinnacle StudioDV?

I'll ask Pinnacle. I guess they may want me to finish off the DC30 review first but I don't think they'll have a problem with this though.

I just visited the StudioDV discussion
forums on the Pinnacle Web site... and
while it's easy to get a skewed
impression... it doesn't look too good:

I went over to the Pinnacle site and worked my way into the online store yesterday, only to find that the StudioDV isn't on the list of things that you can order from them online. I mean, REALLY! Isn't the online store important to them? I don't know about anyone else, but having seen endless negative posts from people who bought Pinnacle products over the last couple years in various NG's and my own rare forays onto their website, I've yet to find anything nice to say about them. To be fair, I have seen posts in rec.video.desktop from users who do like what they've bought, but they are few and far between.
